Morning All! 

I'm not sure if this post will reap feedback but I'm desperate.

I'm interested in being a vendor at a farmers market in Spring of 2015. I'm having issues trying to gather everything I need legal wise. 

If anyone has "been there and done that" and is willing to give me any practical advice or the name of someone that can help, I'd be extremely grateful.
