i'm planning to assemble my first tiered fondant cake the day before my daughter's christening - do I need to cover it with anything? i'm hoping i can just get away with leaving it on the set table (indoors) overnight. It will be warm but i can put air conditioning on if you think that is necessary.  what do others do? thanks

It should be fine as long as its inside an airconditioned room. Oh, and if there are no bugs or flies lol
