I need a WHITE coffee flavored recipe for "Salted Caramel Coffee" cupcakes. I have chocolate recipes but I need it to be white. NO CHOCOLATE and I were prefer not to buy liqueur. Help a girl out!

They may discolor to a certain degree though- I personally do not have any experience using these.
