Can some please tell me how this is done. Have they used a lace mold? if so, whats the make. TIA

ALooks hand piped on to me with some royal icing

the picture is tiny but it does look piped on.

It looks hand piped but I really love the look of the Cake Lace (or Sugar Veil, etc...) being over-piped to accent some of the sections of lace.
