Hi everyone, I was wondering if anybody knows what piping tip to use for this and how do i pipe to get this effect?

AThat is how I would do it. Probably watch to see how much coverage I would get before letting off pressure.

Some of them look as though it was piped fully in the centers.  Some look piped from one side and piped-pulled to the other side.  I like the orange and blue color combination.
