AThis cake is needed my tomorrow morning-ish. Can I go ahead and finish it tonight and store it? Or wait until morning to make it??
I've not yet made a cake like this, but I think it would be fine to finish the whole thing tonight. I would probably store it in the fridge, to keep the chocolate fresh. I'd say cover it well or put it in a cake carrier, if it fits.
Ait's too late now -- but the candy can get weepy if it's fridged -- but not always -- hope everything went great -- it just needs to gradually come to room temperature to help avoid anything like that
