Does anyone ever make a gigantic batch? Im tired of making in little bowls in the microwave and then having to clean the bowl and start again.

I usually do 10 cups of marshmallows at one time, it makes about 1.5 times the size of the Wilton packages of premade fondant.  I don't really like making more than this at a time, as I only do 3-4 cakes a month and like the fondant to be fairly fresh (just easier to knead).  I find this is a good amount as it does make serveral cakes, and I only have my one big bowl to clean up.
