Just stopped by a Duncan Donut shop and tried the seasonal filled Pumpkin Donut - WOW! I've got to have this recipe to fill my cakes with. Think of it as Pumpkin Pie meets Swiss Meringue Buttercream and maybe some gelatin. Has anyone tried this stuff? It's amazing and I'm going to find a recipe for this for my holiday cakes. Does anyone have anything remotely similar or do I have to start from scratch and create my own???
