ACan you use wafer paper on buttercream or only fondant?

you can use it on bc.  I've done it a gazillion times.

Sure it can be sued on ABC.  Just *very lightly* coat the back of the paper w/piping gel (then scrape any excess off w/your spatula) and place.  You have to be *EXACT!* when placing as you cannot move it once placed.
