ASo I have about 50 cupcakes to frost tonight for a family gathering tomorrow and I want to make a whipped ganache frosting and I am trying to figure out how much I will need to make. I have lots of supplies already so no need to worry about running out, I really just don't know how much volume to expect from a 1:1 ratio ganache once I whip it. I realize that the tip I use etc will impact how much I need, I am mostly wondering if it will double I volume etc.

AI generally make the same amount i would if i werent whipping it. To me it seems as it doesnt really increas in volume by much only changes thexture. Maybe increases 1/5 or so.
