ADoes anyone have a serving chart for odd size cake pans besides the Earlean Chart. I'm looking for a chart that is more comparable to the wilton chart but with the odd sizes. For Example an 11 or 13 inch round pan.

i'll post my list-- i took the difference between the 6" and 8" cake serving on the wilton wedding cake data chart -- subtracted half of that and then added it to the 6" cake servings to get the yield on the 7" servings -- so if my math is right:

round

7" - 18

9 - 32

11" - 47

13" - 66

15" - 88

17" - 113

square

7" - 25

9" - 41

11" - 61

13" - 85

15" - 113

i always err on the side of providing extra servings in tier cake so this is just a guide
