AHey all! I'm planning on making a 3 tier fondant cake for a Saturday. I was thinking of baking the cakes Thursday, icing and fondant covering on Friday and stacking with the sps system Saturday morning. Does this sound about right or do I bake Wed, ice and fondant thurs and stack Fri? TIA
