AI live in NY. So hot summers. I have to bake several hundred cupcakes for this Sunday. I plan to bake early. I plan to bake and freeze. What is most effective way to freeze? I can't possibly wrap each cupcakes individually. And then someone has the space I bake at booked starting Friday. At that point I will start decorating - do you reccomend that I would transfer the cupcakes to fridge (the fridge doesn't have freezer in the other part of the kitchen I have booked later in the week) or ok to leave out room temp for a couple days?
