Hi can somebody please give some advice on measurements for ingredients for a cake. (Victoria Sponge or Madeira) Looking for ingredients and measurements to fit a 9" x 8cm depth round tin and a 10" x 8cm depth round tin? Many Thanks

If you have a recipe for a cake you like prepare the batter and measure the amount of batter that recipe makes.  You can then go to the Wilton website and it will tell you how much batter you need for many size cake pans.  That chart will also tell you how many servings and how much icing you will need for each size cake.
