ASo I'm looking to buy a new oven for my home which is where I do my baking for now. I was wondering if anyone has any advice on what to look for in a new oven. I'm still a small timer with about two orders a week max. Our last oven was a basic four burner the ignition went up twice in it and the repair man said its a common problem with that model so I'm looking to up grade. Any suggestions?

I have a convection oven but usually bake without the fan. I'm pretty sure this topic has been discussed a few times. It may help to search for "buying new home oven" or whatever keys words will work for you.
