AHi I love the look of the foil cupcake liners. I also like the stuff edges so that when I fondant dome my cupcakes, the edges cut the fondant exactly where I need the fondant to "end". However I've been so frustrated that the sides of the liners actually unstick to the cupcakes thus making the liner fall out as I am decorating. The finished product is so child-like. Does that happen to anyone?

It has happened to me, now regardless of paper or foil cases here's what I do: when I take them out of the oven, I take them out of the tray quick to prevent any wrinkly bottoms happening. The warmth in the room from cooking helps them settle gradually, so don't open a window close by until they've cooled. When cooled and decorated I fridge them - it sort of sets the buttercream and fondant in place and they stay perfect. I haven't had case problems since. HTH :)
