AHi everyone, I really like the store bought buttercream ( betty Crocker ) and I was wandering if anybody know the recipe or a very similar. I only make cakes for my friends and family, I'm making a fondant cake this weekend and wanted to try making the buttercream since I've always just used the store bought. I hole somebody can help me. Thank you in advance.:D

A140g unsalted butter, 280g icing sugar, 2-3 tsp milk and a drop of vanilla essence (if preferred) I have used this recipe on all of my sponge cakes so far and it's always gone down well. X
