AHello! I'm making a cake next month that I thought about filling with blue raspberry in keeping with the theme of the cake. I have used raspberry jam and jello in the past for raspberry filling but wondered if adding blue color would make it purple. Any ideas?

I would recommend using only one dot of color, maybe two, before adding more, to get a lighter color and just add to it... try it!:-D always try, you may find it was your best choice!
