How Do I keep my cupcakes from overheating at the Farmers Market. I always have them displayed nicely in cake displays but with 90 degree heat and humidity coming up I'm not sure what to do to keep them cool. Any suggestions?

if i was doing a farmers market in the heat --i'd either make heat proof dummies of my goods and make it evident that i kept my products in coolers to hand out nice & chill --or i might make a make believe fridge with a plexiglas front door to have the variety of my goods showing through that i could keep climate controlled then i'd also have the bulk of it in kept in coolers-- you could use nice pretty glossy pictures --use a tag line 'hey we're keeping it cool for you"

of course not anything that wasn't shelf stable already but just that some baked goods overheat/melt like you said-

best to you
