I went through a period when I made gumpaste flowers for fun and stored them away for later use.  I want to use a few of them now, but I want the red to be richer.  What would be the easiest way to do so without damaging the original color underneath?  Should I just use petal dust?

APetal dust and steam them for a few sec, that should make the colour more vibrant :)
