Hello,

I'm going to be working on a 3D coffee cup cake. It will feed roughly around 20 people. I need help with creating the coffee part so the that it looks real and fluid like. Any suggestions on creating that look and having it have little bubbles at the top of the coffee?

AUse piping gel coloured with a little brown. It will give you a fluid look. You can then use small fondant balls of different sizes to create the illusion of foam/bubbles. Stick them to the sides, like how they would look in a real cup of coffee :) HTH
