ABecause of problems in my country, its now imposible to find candy melts, white chocolate or white chocolate coverture to cover popcakes. I was wondering if anyone has anyother technique! Maybe poured fondant? I've also thought maybe royal icing! Im making about 400 , and i need them to stand a little summer heat and the allways difficult delivery in my car. I would use milk chocolate coverture, but its a first communion so I really wanf to use white! Thank you so much for your help!
