Should I Use All-Shortening Buttercream?

I am making my first tiered cake for a friend's graduation. The cake will be outside in June for several hours. Does anyone have a good (crusting) all-shortening BC recipe? (Usually I would use a 1/2 butter, 1/2 hi-ratio shortening recipe, but I'm not sure that's a great idea with the cake having to sit outside.) THANKS!
