Hi all, I am studying the Lambeth method of piping and was wondering what the best brand of tips are for the best look? I currently have Wilton and they are good, I have PME Writer tubes and they are fabulous! Is there any recommendations for this ornate type of piping?? Plus I am left handed so I am learning to do it all back to front. lots of practice to work out what angles to hold the piping bag so as to not get drag in my icing and loose the ruffles and angles.... I have seen the left handed tips but don't have any, and im not sure if they would help in Lambeth tequnique either? Any suggestions? :)
