ACan someone tell me why my fondant is always cracking?? I use cornstarch, sometimes I tried not too but the fondant gets too sticky. Any tips?

ATry using confectioners sugar oppose to corn starch, or 50/50 cornstarch/ confectioners sugar. Using cornstarch alone will dry out the fondant fairly quickly.
