I am looking for two recipes similar in consistency so I don't have to worry about the more dense cake "crushing" the other. Also, I'd like to bake the two flavors side by side in one pan and have them bake approx. the same time. I like the Hershey's choc. recipe but it is so moist and falls apart so easily I hesitate using it. Also should add, I'm looking for oil based recipes not using dairy ingredients like milk, sour cream, etc.. (I can use soy milk.) Thanks.
