AI'm so excited!! I just did the food handler training, took the test and passed! The lady was super nice, she really helped me with all my questions and filling the form too! Now, I'm waiting for my landlord to give me the permission.. I'm gonna meet him and my property manager soon.. So I need some help to build my case!

Reasons to let me having a home based bakery:

I'll keep the home on a high level, super clean and sanitized, since the inspector can walk in anytime. I'll get my own insurance. It will be a small business on the side, so the traffic is not going to grown, no one is going to park inside my community, but outside (my home is right after the gate, so no big deal). I won't burn the home down, for sure!

What else?
