I definitely learned alot making this cake...next time id make everything smaller and less of it....i guess i was picturing my cake being bigger lol but it looked good and everyone loved it...even those who told me they hated fondant loved mmf fondant!

AMarshmallow fondant was very easy to make for a beginner ....recipe i found was 4 cups mini marshmallows 4 cups powdered sugar 2 tablespoons water ...melt marshmallow in microwave add water i put in my stand mixer and gradually added about 3 cups sugar...used the rest of sugar kneading it in on my counter ..u can add color to it ...u can roll it out into sheets to cover cake or make shapes out of it...its like edible playdoh....yummy edible playdoh....i had to stop myself from eating my leftovers lol
