AI'm going to make a magnolia out of sugar paste and found a great tutorial. In it, she makes reference to, and uses, a "size guide"

Well, I showed that picture to my baking supply store and they didn't know where to find one. I s it possible to just find out the diameter of the size I need (11) and measure it myself?

Or is this a standard tool in your kit? The tutorial is great by the way! Check it out in 3 parts:

You can buy them on ebay.  Nicholas lodge will give you a free card one (which you can laminate) if you buy something from his site or you can buy the plastic one.
