AI can't find my recipe I had for buttercream. It was made with crisco and involved mixing hot water with a powder substance (can't remember if it is merigne powder or not, but it wasn't powder sugar) until its fluffy then adding to sugar.. Any help.

Do you mean Dream Whip?  If you put Dream Whip in to the search box at the top right of the page you will get a bunch of posts about it and some recipes, too.

AOr if its not dream whip as the powder, it could be Charlottes whipped?

AOP says you mix a powder with hot water. Indydeb's doesn't do that.

AMy first thought was of sugarshack's recipe too. With powdered creamer mixed with hot water.
