Hello! I am just starting my own small cake business and I've had someone ask me to make a coffee cake for their husbands birthday party. They are wanting the cinnamon type coffee cake. So my question is, how would you decorate that? A coffee cake to me seems like it would just be topped with cinnamon struesal not icing. So how would I make it look like a birthday cake?
