AWhen I took a Wilton Course, they used Gum Glue (Gum Paste & water) for the fondant work. Now, I'm looking at these cool fondant figures that I'd like to try to see if I can do it, but the video's I've seen say to make edible glue with Tylose powder and water. I'm confused....Which one do I use? I'm not familiar with Tylose and I wonder if this is a Canadian thing or if it's in the US.

Thank you! Love that I found this site! Can't wait to share my work as soon as I get started taking pictures.

AThey all work fine. I use gum glue because I don't always have tylose, but I have used it before. It works the same
