i am 16 years old and have started my own cake decorating business. I am having a really hared time figuring out how to charge people, and keep all my recipes and everything else in order. I have looked at using excel sheets, but they seem to not like me very much lol! dose anyone have any ideas on a software that could help me? pleas let me know thank you!!!!!:)

A good way to start out pricing is to do some research in your area of professional bakers or even the local Wal-Mart, just to see what cakes go for.  Then you can try setting up a price per serving.  Be sure to calculate the prices for the materials you're going to need and factor that in to the price you set up.
