AI am doing some preliminary planning for a high school graduation cake and it looks like they want a two sided cake. Formal on one side and more casual/whimsical on the other. This technique doesn't look too complicated (not after last years topsy turvy cake lol ). but am looking for any advice or tips from bakers who have tried this techniques. Thanks Stacey:D
