Am wanting to invest in some technical books of sugar paste and decorating techniques.

I am hoping to source some specialised books and as there are millions of books out there thought I would ask you all what books you value and are your go to books.

Thanks

The Art of Royal Icing - Eddie Spence MBE

It's very traditional techniques which are completely transferable to all kinds of tasks.

I che.rish my Alan Dunn gumpaste flower books but for educational qualities and the latest ideas you can't beat ********** and Cake Decorating Magazine from the UK.  Books in general are great but the styles and needs of our brides change rapidly - books don't change like the latest magazines do.
