AHi. New here. A friend of mine has asked me to do a cake in the shape of a pint of carlsberg for his dads 60th. I was thinking of topping it with some kind of foam. Giving the impression of a head. Any ideas?

marshmallow is easy to make and piped on top of the glass would look very much like a head of beer.
