Having now adopted the flower nail insertion technique to ensure an even bake...I'm wondering....will these be successful elsewhere?

Baking brownies and corn bread for my business' other offerings...will using the metal flower nails offer the same effect?

In 9*13 pans...I struggle with domed centers and crispy edges on other products....
