Here in charlotte we have a U.S. Foods chef's store which is open to the public. Of course US Foods is a food distribution company that normally deals with restaurants,.etc. I went to the store today and they have  Monarch cake mix in 5lb boxes yellow or white as well as Gold medal devil's food cake mix. They also had 5lb boxes of monarch white icing mix and chocolate icing mix. They also had some gold medal vanilla frosting and chocolate frosting that were sold in eleven pound buckets. US Foods just got bought out by Sysco, so don't be surprised if the inventory changes over the course of the next year, and you aren't able to get the same brands/types of products.  Kind of a bummer if you get hooked on certain things.
