Hi am a hobby baker I only do cakes and they come out really good now I want to do cupcakes and for some reason they come out dry I use the regular batter that I use for my cakes am I doing something wrung? what is the secret for cupcake?:???:

Adjust baking time for the smaller cupcakes. A cake may bake for 40 minutes, but a cupcake for only 20. Every recipe is different, so experiment to find the best bake times.

AI always under bake. Start checking them 5 minutes before the earliest bake time.
