AHello, Can someone plz let me know if i use stabilized whipped cream for decorating cupcakes (roses, dhalias, daisies) will it hold its shape? the only time I ever made stabilized whipped cream was for a Tiramisu, so I dont know how well it holds up. Its cupcakes for frinds with diabetes, so I thought whipped cream will have minimal amount of sugar. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you :-)
AI can not say for sure. But you can try if you're going to be in air conditioned rooms. You may have to set up some kind of rotation with the pastry bags if they get to warm from hand use.
