ADoes anyone know first hand, how far in advance you can make chocolate covered strawberries. They are to be made for Valentines Day Treats.

AI do the same as K8. Berries begin to break down the moment you wash them and not only could doing them far in advance lead to a mushy strawberry, the berries could also contract to the point it cracks your chocolate. I make them for my daughter frequently and two days tops is all I have gotten out of them.

AThanks for both of your responses. I'm going to try and experiment with them.
