ANice cupcake, but where's the ombre?

I love the cupcake!!! Very cute design!!! You did an awesome job!!! Most ombre have about 3 different colors of the blue with the white as being the last color. Irregardless, I love it!!!!

AVery cute! All I can think of is the mummers with these kinda think feather headress! mummers are a regional parade if you're unfamiliar:)
