I recently bought an Agbay which I'm thrilled with and am slowly getting the hang of (apart from slicing my finger and needing stitches) but I have a question.

I usually wrap up warm cakes and freeze them however I can't slice a cake while it's still warm nor when it's frozen so when do I slice it?

I cut mine while they are either still slightly frozen or thawed.  It just depends for me when I get to that point.  I love that my Agbay allows me the ability to do it whenever - frozen or not.  Sorry about your finger :(.  Hope you're all better!

No worries about the finger, thanks though. Not my first scar and most likely won't be my last:D

I usually ganache my cakes while they are frozen though.
