I bought a big bird face pan with out instruction and my Grandsons birthday is coming soon.  I thought I could find at the Wilton web site but luck.  Can anyone please help?

If it's the pan I think, with just his head and his beak is turned slightly to the side, it's pretty close in size and shape to the Elmo pan here: http://www.wilton.com/downloads/paninstructions/2105-3461ElmoFace.pdf 30-40 minutes is about right for the timing for Big Bird, too.
