Hi Everyone! I was wondering if anyone has any tips, tricks or know of a video/tutorials about how to use damask cutters and transfer the design evenly spaced onto  your cake? I have these cutters http://www.sugaredproductions.com/shop/products.php?product=Filigree-Cutter-Set .  Here is an example of a cake done by Sharon Zambito. I was hoping  someone would have some suggestions.

Thank you,

I've never done a cake like that so there may be a better way but I would take a strip of paper the size of the circumference of the tier I'm working on and mock up the design on it and use it as my guide.
