I froze my crumb coated filled cakes and I am wondering what is the best way to thaw the cakes.  How long does it take and when can I start to decorate them.  I have 12x18 cakes with fruit filling.  The wedding is in 3 days.  Thanks for your help!!

You can decorate from frozen. I do it all the time. :)
