Anybody shop this website??  Lots of interesting molecular gastronomy items.  Some interesting flavor bubbles in sweet/savory flavors (kind of like the popping boba at yogurt shops) and some pop rocks that you can flavor yourself.

If you feel like surfing for some weird but cool stuff, this is the place!

I'm going to get some things on there and I'll report back about usage for sweets. :)

AI'll have to check it out. My 11 year old daughter loves science and cooking shows and has already put a molecular gastronomy kit on her Christmas list.

Sounds like my 11 year old daughter!  I'm taking tomorrow off and taking her to hear Neil deGrasse Tyson speak.  She can't wait to see a famous physicist in person!
