is it enough for a 2 layer 9-inch cake or 24 cupcakes? some of my customers prefer a thin layer of frosting so is it okay? thank you!

You might be able to get away with it for the 9 inch, but I doubt you'll cover 24 cupcakes with that much. It would be a very tiny amount on each cupcake if it did.
