Hello family

I could use some advice, client just called me and informed me that they are not able to pick up their cake order until tomorrow.  Order was for 4 PM today.  Since I am new at this, can someone tell me what is the best was to "store" the cake until tomorrow?

It is a two tier buttercream with a few fondant cut outs on it. Is it safe to leave on my table in a cake box or should I freeze it or just simply place in the refrigerator? They have assured me they will be here to pick it up by 1:00 PM tomorrow.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

AI don't know where you are but unless its boiling I'd leave it in the cake box. Your fondant bits might wilt a bit.
