I am looking for any ideas on a Fall themed baby boy cake. The well has run dry and I need inspiration. Not needed until Oct 20, but trying to come up with some ideas now. Any help or direction would be appreciated.

What about something like a pile of leaves with a little boy figure jumping out of it?  Or a tree cake?

These are NOT my cake. They belong to other CC members.  Just change the blue  to green on boys clothes and/or the pearl trim.  They are both really nice

AHi Sue! I just had my baby boy this Janurary and he's inspired me to want to make so many cakes. One idea I have is using one of these [URL=http://caljavaonline.com/collections/fondant-baby-shoes]All Star Baby Shoes[/URL] as a topper and decorating the cake in bold colors. Since your cake is for fall you can do Orange with Navy Blue and Black Details and top the cake with an All Star Baby Shoe! Ahhh I can't wait until my little man turns one so I can make him a cake like that : ) Hope this helps. Goodluck : )
